You agree to provide safe access to the work area, accurate information about the issue, and any required approvals for work on the property. If we arrive and cannot safely or reasonably complete the work due to access issues or inaccurate information, a service or trip fee may still apply.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before or after the work, depending on the job. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of the work
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service
• Late or unpaid invoices may result in collection steps and additional charges where permitted by law

6. Warranties and workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labour or parts will be explained at the time of service and may depend on the manufacturer's warranty for parts and equipment.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, third-party work, freezing, flooding, or conditions outside our control.

7. Emergency and after-hours work

Emergency and after-hours calls may carry different rates than standard daytime service. We will communicate applicable rates when you book or when we confirm the call-out.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FDR Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario or Canada that cannot be waived by contract.
